On twenty-four hours 18, he was admitted to hospital for worsening diarrhea. Since he did not present with whatsoever clinical signs of COVID-19, isolation in a specific setting did not occur. Laboratory testing revealed hypochromic anemia and increased creatinine serum levels. Antigen test and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for SARS-CoV-2 were negative.
But the study notes that past day 25, that vaccinated patient had tested positive for COVID-19, presumably from a nearby COVID-infected patient in his hospital room, and died of kidney and respiratory failure the following day.
SARS-CoV-two spike proteins were present in nearly all the vaccinated patient's organs.
"In summary, the results of our autopsy example study in a patient with mRNA vaccine confirm the view that by commencement dose of vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 immunogenicity tin can already be induced, while sterile immunity is non adequately developed," the written report concluded.
In other words, although the COVID-19 vaccine triggered an immune response within the trunk, it didn't appear to stop the spread of the virus, and therefore the spread of harmful viral spike proteins, throughout the trunk.
